Conference and Convention Placement

- We use our extensive database, buying power and rate agreements to solicit quotes from
  hotels matching your requirements.
- We then provide a detailed proposal summarizing all of your options.
- We give advice along the way but the final decision remains yours.
- There is no fee for this service as we are paid by the hotel at which we place your event.

Property Volume
- You will work with an expert agent who will use our extensive database to select a large
  number of properties and request proposals from each of them. Our typical search
  involves over 100 properties.
- Searching this large selection of properties will always return several options for which
  your group is a perfect fit.
- Without our database, most meeting planners search only a relatively small number of
  properties. This will normally preclude them from finding these "gems".

Experience
- Your agent will be selected for their knowledge of your preferred region. As such, they
  know the suitability of each property to your event and the value offered by each proposal.

- Our database allows us to approach all potential properties for your event in a very short
  period of time, usually saving meeting planners weeks of research.

Our Services are Complimentary
- Since we are paid on a commission basis by the property at which we place your event,
  we are able to provide our services to you at no charge.
- The most often asked question is "Is this commission added to our cost?" The answer is
  "No". Due to our buying power and negotiating strength, your costs will always be lower
  than if you had approached the same property directly.

Unbiased Opinions
- When you are speaking directly with a hotel, they spend much time impressing upon you
  only their positive factors. Our agents make sure you know both the positives and the
  negatives about each property so we can find for you the best location for your convention.
  You are guaranteed of our lack of bias by the fact that we earn no money unless we find a
  property and rate which works for you.
